What we're looking for

8+ years of experience as a scrum master, release train engineer, Agile coach, or business analyst in an Agile environment.
2+ years of experience facilitating Agile events in SAFe.
Experience using Jira and Confluence to manage teams, tasks, events, and outcomes.
Ability to communicate effectively with product owners, managers, and development teams.
Knowledge of various Agile frameworks and methodologies.
Ability to apply critical thinking to data analytics, metrics, or impediments to provide solutions.
Top Secret clearance.
Bachelor’s degree.
