JOB TITLE: Release Train Engineer The Release Train Engineer joins a development team to lead technical teams and Agile releases while modernizing critical projects. What we're looking for

8+ years of experience as a scrum master, release train engineer, Agile coach, or business analyst in an Agile environment.
2+ years of experience facilitating Agile events in SAFe.
Experience using Jira and Confluence to manage teams, tasks, events, and outcomes.
Experience communicating with product owners, managers, and development teams.
Knowledge of various Agile frameworks and methodologies.
Ability to apply critical thinking to data analytics, metrics, or impediments to provide recommended solutions.
Ability to deliver results across multiple development teams and work streams.
Bachelor’s degree.
