What you'll do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, driving their success through MongoDB.
  • Identify and nurture relationships within accounts to expand stakeholder footprint.
  • Negotiate renewals and growth opportunities, executing sales processes effectively.
  • Manage territory activities, including tiering/prioritization of accounts and strategic planning.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts weekly and quarterly for business performance.
  • Use data signals proactively to address potential risks in customer portfolios.

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of work experience, including 3+ years in quota-carrying sales or account management roles.
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets for both expansion/upsell and renewal/retention.
  • Strong Mandarin/Bahasa language proficiency preferred.
  • Ability to articulate the value of complex enterprise technology solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • High organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring customer issues are resolved thoroughly.
  • Team player who collaborates effectively across various departments within the company.
