What you'll do

  • Act as a strategic advisor to customers, aligning their initiatives with internal processes and overall corporate strategy.
  • Build pipeline through targeted customer interactions and collaborative discovery to ensure the best proposed solutions.
  • Lead sales and renewal processes from pricing and deal strategy to negotiation and implementation of solutions.
  • Drive value realization by ensuring clients achieve expected outcomes and use all MongoDB features effectively.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene, including opportunity management and risk tracking.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying experience in Sales or Account Management.
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets for expansion, upsell, and renewal.
  • Native German speaker with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to drive value and growth through virtual meetings and enablement sessions.
  • Experience leveraging tools and data sets to gain insights into client usage patterns.
