The Reinvention Deployed Engineer joins the Accenture AWS Business Group to design, develop, and manage custom web applications deployed across enterprise infrastructures including AWS, Azure, and On-Prem environments. In this role, you will build and maintain cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and AWS CDK while helping users configure and optimize their use of custom APIs and datasets. You will provide technical guidance to highly technical users, utilizing strong Linux skills to troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability for software solutions. The required technical toolkit includes experience with Linux Systems Administration, Python, Docker or Kubernetes, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or NodeJS. This position focuses on the practical engineering challenges of productionizing custom applications and managing complex cloud-native architectures within a professional services context.
Design, develop, and manage custom web applications on AWS, Azure, and on-premises infrastructure.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
Minimum of 8 years experience in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, or equivalent (10 years if an Associate’s Degree).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a platform engineering or developer role.
Minimum of 3 months of experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK.
Minimum of 1 year experience with at least four of the following: Linux Systems Administration, Python, Docker/Kubernetes, modern JavaScript frameworks, or DevOps.
Strong foundation in Linux and ability to troubleshoot system performance issues.
Ability to communicate effectively with highly technical users on a wide range of topics.
Willingness to travel between 0% and 100% based on business needs.
