What you'll do

Translate business requirements into high-quality, testable code that meets the Agile Definition of Done.
Participate in design and code reviews with other engineers.
Contribute to Agile activities including iteration planning, refinement, and sprint reviews.
Deliver assigned stories and tasks within the established sprint timeframe.
Drive initiatives to increase software efficiency, security, and product quality through best practices.
Interact with customers for support issues, product demonstrations, and feedback sessions.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's in Engineering and 5+ years of related experience or a Master's degree and 3+ years of related experience.
Experience in Agile Software Development.
Knowledge of Source Code Controls such as Endevor and Github.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Solid knowledge of z/OS, Unix/USS, SMP/E, z/OSMF, Endevor, reading system dumps, TSO/ISPF (preferred).
Experience in one or more languages: IBM Assembler, Metal C, COBOL, ISPF, REXX, and JCL (preferred).
Knowledge of Test Automation, Jenkins, Python, or CI/CD Automation (preferred).
Expertise in Java, C/C++, relational databases, or RESTful APIs (preferred).
