What you'll do

Translate business requirements into high-quality, testable code that meets the Agile Definition of Done.
Participate in design and code reviews with other engineers.
Contribute to all Agile activities including iteration planning, refinement, and sprint reviews.
Deliver assigned stories and tasks within the established sprint timeframe.
Drive opportunities to increase efficiency, security, and product quality through best practices.
Interact with customers for support issues, product demonstrations, and feedback sessions.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's in Engineering and 5+ years of related experience; or a Master's degree and 3+ years of related experience.
At least 3 years of experience in mainframe software development or a related field.
Experience in Agile Software Development.
Knowledge of Source Code Controls such as Endevor and Github.
Solid knowledge of z/OS, Unix/USS, SMP/E, z/OSMF, Endevor, reading system dumps, and TSO/ISPF (preferred).
Experience in one or more of the following languages: IBM Assembler, Metal C, COBOL, ISPF, REXX, and JCL (preferred).
Knowledge of Test Automation, Jenkins, Python, CI/CD Automation, or RESTful APIs (preferred).
Expertise in Java, C/C++, relational databases, or experience with Blackduck, Coverity, and zACS tools (preferred).
