Rapid Prototyping Mission Technology Lead

What you'll do

• Train, test, deploy, and maintain machine learning models to create mission-critical impacts.
• Define the direction of solutions by applying best-fit ML algorithms and technologies.
• Develop, deploy, and manage AI agents for military applications.
• Conduct statistical analyses on business processes using machine learning techniques.
• Guide clients through the landscape of ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks.
• Design and implement LLM and RAG architectures to solve complex problems.
• Implement AI safety guardrails and responsible AI practices within developed systems.
• Develop agent planning, reasoning, and execution loops for automated tasks.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, data engineering, AI architecture, or software development.
• Experience developing applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) or RAG architectures.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
• Knowledge of software design patterns.
• Knowledge of embedding models, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Knowledge of AI safety, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
