What you'll do

Translate customer IT needs and mission requirements into detailed architecture designs and integrated solutions.
Lead cloud migrations and the modernization of legacy systems for government mission requirements.
Develop phased technical modernization roadmaps that align infrastructure capabilities with evolving mission goals.
Design and implement complex system integrations across APIs, middleware, data platforms, and third-party services.
Map proposed architectures to government security, interoperability, compliance, and performance requirements.
Identify capability gaps and integration risks to inform government partnerships and long-term growth strategies.
Mentor developers to help them grow into future solutions architects.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in systems engineering and enterprise network architecture.
5+ years of experience translating business and technical requirements into detailed solution architectures and implementation roadmaps.
Experience with low-level infrastructure technologies including VMware, HCI, SDN, SD-WAN, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
Experience analyzing legacy network architectures and developing phased technical modernization roadmaps.
Ability to design and implement complex system integrations across APIs, middleware, data platforms, and third-party services.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a STEM field, or 5+ years of military technical engineering experience.
Experience developing technical roadmaps for government acquisition priorities and funding cycles (preferred).
