As a Radar Project Lead at Tobyhanna Army Depot, you will serve as a senior technical project manager overseeing complex radar capability development. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to manage the end-to-end execution of projects including planning, acquisition, engineering integration, testing, and sustainment for advanced initiatives like Sentinel A4 and LRDR. Your daily responsibilities involve building Integrated Master Schedules, managing risks and budgets, and coordinating with government stakeholders, OEM partners, and depot artisans. You will oversee the integration of PXI systems, spectrum analyzers, and RF amplifiers while ensuring compliance with IPC, J STD, and OSHA standards. The role requires expertise in engineering coordination, technical program management, and facility integration for radar test stations and laboratories. Essential skills include managing complex electrical, RF, mechanical, and software requirements to solve critical defense sustainment and capability problems.
Manage end-to-end execution of radar capability projects from initial planning and design through installation and sustainment.
Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules including equipment lead times, facility milestones, and calibration timelines.
Lead engineering assessments and facility integration for radar test stations, ranges, and laboratory environments.
Oversee the specification development and integration of PXI systems, RF amplifiers, and advanced diagnostic tools.
Manage project risks, budgets, and technical documentation using Lean and Six Sigma practices.
Ensure all project activities comply with IPC, J STD, OSHA, NIST, and other safety requirements.
Serve as the primary liaison between government stakeholders, OEM partners, contractors, and depot leadership.
Produce technical data packages, layout plans, utility reports, and system acceptance test plans.

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; an engineering degree is preferred.
7 or more years of related experience in technical programs, project management, or engineering coordination.
5 or more years of technical project or program management experience in defense sustainment, electronics manufacturing, radar systems, or DoD capability development.
