RF Communications Engineer, Air Dominance & Strike

What you'll do

• Perform lab and field integration and testing for payloads, subcomponents, amplifiers, and antennas.
• Test RF systems including power measurements, pulse response, synchronization, and environmental stress testing.
• Develop test setups using spectrum and network analyzers to validate device performance.
• Lead air vehicle integration efforts including EMI/interference testing and installed performance testing.
• Validate system performance in close coordination with design and system engineering teams.
• Support flight test events and large-scale customer-facing validation exercises.
• Communicate technical results and data analysis to both internal and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Must possess and be able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
• Expertise in communications, sensors, and effector domains in RF-based systems like Radar, ESM, or EW.
• Proven hands-on experience with RF test equipment and measurement techniques.
• At least 2 years of experience in RF system integration and validation.
• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant Science or Engineering field.
• Preferred experience with both analog and digital systems integration.
• Preferred ability to develop software for closed-loop or automated testing.
