What we're looking for

5+ years of hands-on experience in radar systems engineering.
Proven track record in technical leadership for high-performance defense radar systems.
Strong expertise in radar architecture, waveform design, and system-level modeling.
Proficiency in MATLAB and Python for radar simulation and analysis.
Active U.S. security clearance required.
Experience supporting DoD or IC programs.
BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field.
