What you'll do

Build and operate reliable, low-latency services to detect and prevent fraud at scale.
Design APIs and dashboard experiences for threat investigation and defense configuration.
Develop shared platform infrastructure to enable the launch of new Radar capabilities.
Translate user insights regarding emerging threats into broadly useful products.
Partner with ML engineers to integrate new signals and AI models into production.
Own projects end-to-end from technical design and implementation through rollout and iteration.
Maintain high engineering quality and reliability while responding quickly to evolving threats.

What we're looking for

10+ years of backend and/or full-stack software development experience owning large, ambiguous systems end-to-end.
Strong coding skills in any programming language with experience building and maintaining production software.
Demonstrated technical experience leading the design and delivery of large, complex software projects from early definition through production launch.
Experience leading and unblocking a group of engineers on a substantial project as a senior individual contributor.
Significant hands-on coding as a senior IC leader in the last year.
Ability to work across systems, learn unfamiliar codebases, and make thoughtful technical trade-offs in high-ambiguity environments.
Excellent cross-functional and cross-organizational collaboration skills to align teams with different systems and priorities.
Understanding of basic data science concepts like linear models, precision, and recall.
Experience building consumer products at scale that require a high degree of user trust.
Experience working closely with fast customers, including leading upsell calls.
Track record of working closely with data science and ML teams to ship products to users (preferred).
Experience working on 0→1 products or taking new capabilities from concept through launch and iteration (preferred).
Experience with Java, Ruby, and/or TypeScript (preferred).
Experience building payments, money-movement, fintech, or other regulated financial products (preferred).
Familiarity with stablecoins, digital assets, or the infrastructure that enables global financial products (preferred).
