Senior Associate Quant Analytics

What you'll do

• Analyze and visualize digital customer behaviors to create compelling narratives that drive actionable insights.
• Lead the creation, iteration, and causal analysis of OKRs to track strategic goals.
• Develop and measure A/B tests to optimize the customer experience.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Query big data platforms using SQL or SAS to extract relevant information.
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories for business leaders and stakeholders.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in digital data to provide consultation across the organization.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience analyzing customer experiences and digital products or usage.
• Proven track record of problem-solving using data and building new analytics capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex numbers into actionable stories for business leaders.
• Superior written, oral communication, and presentation skills for all levels of management.
• Experience in querying big data platforms and SAS/SQL.
• Experience with Digital Analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree required (preferred in data science, mathematics, statistics, econometrics, engineering, or related fields).
• Experience with generative AI solutions, Python, R, Alteryx, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Big Data environments, and A/B testing (preferred).
