Senior Associate Quant Analytics, Home Lending

What you'll do

• Source and integrate data from multiple platforms to ensure consistent performance measurement.
• Perform descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analyses to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Develop clear narratives that translate complex analysis into recommendations for senior leadership.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to quantify performance drivers and improve key metrics.
• Build and automate interactive dashboards to streamline KPI tracking and reporting.
• Create analytical frameworks to support complex business priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance business intelligence tools and self-service reporting capabilities.
• Develop AI and machine learning solutions to automate processes and create new analytical capabilities.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in an analytics-focused role.
• Advanced SQL skills to query, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Strong Python skills to automate workflows and support reporting.
• Experience defining, tracking, and evaluating KPIs with pre- and post-analysis.
• Proficiency building and maintaining interactive dashboards and stakeholder-facing reports.
• Ability to design end-to-end analytical tools and solve complex, ambiguous business problems.
• Strong communication skills to synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS), modern data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake), and large-scale data architecture.
• Master's degree in a quantitative field and 2 years of experience (preferred).
• Experience supporting analytics in home lending or consumer finance (preferred).
