  • Implement data quality frameworks including unit tests, validation checks, and anomaly monitoring.
  • Translate complex findings into concise narratives for senior stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of hands-on analytics experience in operations analytics or MIS.
  • Expert-level SQL and strong Python skills for data manipulation and automation.
  • Proven experience building automated data pipelines in cloud environments.
  • Strong data visualization skills with tools like Tableau for executive narratives.
  • Working knowledge of machine learning and applied statistics for operational use cases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence decisions.
  • Banking industry experience, especially in Consumer & Community Bank Operations.
