What you'll do

Own end-to-end MIS solution delivery including requirements gathering, data modeling, transformation, and visualization.
Build reliable ELT/ETL pipelines using Python and SQL with orchestration and CI/CD integration.
Create executive-ready dashboards and self-service data marts with intuitive user experiences.
Apply advanced analytics like forecasting, anomaly detection, and capacity planning to optimize operations.
Implement data quality frameworks including unit tests, validation checks, and automated monitoring.
Translate complex data findings into concise narratives to influence senior stakeholder decisions.
Manage the project book of work while mentoring junior colleagues as a subject matter expert.
Ensure all data products adhere to governance, privacy, and audit readiness standards.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field such as Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
5+ years of hands-on analytics experience delivering measurable business improvements in operations analytics or MIS.
Expert-level SQL skills including complex joins, window functions, and performance tuning.
Strong Python proficiency using pandas, NumPy, pytest, structured logging, and packaging.
Proven experience building automated data pipelines in cloud environments such as Snowflake or AWS.
Experience creating executive-ready dashboards and self-service data marts using Tableau or equivalent tools.
Working knowledge of machine learning and applied statistics for operations use cases like time series forecasting.
Excellent communication skills to translate complex findings into concise narratives for senior stakeholders.
