As a Quant Analytics Senior Associate - Credit Card Installment, you will join the Credit Card Installment team to deliver quantitative research and pricing analytics that inform strategy, experimentation, and performance measurement. You will perform advanced statistical techniques and deep-dive analyses of customer behavior to improve pricing policies and configurations. Your daily work involves conducting hypothesis testing through A/B and multivariate tests, performing elasticity estimation, and executing causal inference to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies. You will utilize Python, SQL, SAS, R, Tableau, and Alteryx to solve unstructured business problems while managing large-scale data via Snowflake and Spark. The role requires a strong econometric foundation to manage pricing functionality and profit and loss analysis. You will also leverage machine learning techniques like clustering and anomaly detection to optimize outcomes within the credit card installment product area.

What we're looking for
Graduate or post-graduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or Machine Learning.
3+ years of hands-on analytics experience in banking strategic analytics.
Hands-on proficiency with Python and SQL, along with experience using visualization tools like Tableau and analytics tools like Alteryx.
Strong statistical and econometric foundation including elasticity estimation, A/B testing, causal inference, and experimentation frameworks.
Advanced analytics skills using SAS, Python, or R.
Ability to translate complex models into clear explanations for cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
Experience with ETL processes across structured and unstructured data sources (preferred).
Professional experience with AWS, Apache Spark, Amazon EMR, Snowflake, Confluence, and generative AI tools (preferred).
