Quality Test Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases for software and electronic safety products.
• Conduct manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure functionality, performance, and security.
• Track and report on testing progress, defect metrics, and overall quality status to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Coordinate the work of external resources and vendors where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards while performing assigned duties.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or higher completed and verified before start.
• Seven or more years of experience working in software or electronics quality and testing in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience as a QA or test engineer with a strong background in software testing (preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes (preferred).
• Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques (preferred).
• Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar (preferred).
