What you'll do

Execute the test approach and document system verification throughout the engineering development lifecycle.
Generate system test work products by applying appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools.
Develop test and diagnostic programs and design test fixtures and equipment.
Create functional, environmental, operational, and performance tests for hardware, software, and systems.
Implement cost-effective methods for testing and troubleshooting hardware and software during manufacturing.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) programs for Manufacturing.
Manage Design for Manufacturing Test and set up necessary test equipment.
Improve test yield and repair test equipment for production use.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related Science or Mathematics field plus 2 years of relevant experience.
Master's degree plus 6 months of relevant experience.
Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (preferred).
Solid knowledge of test engineering concepts, principles, and theories.
Solid knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming, system processes, and scripting languages.
Ability to grasp and apply new information quickly and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity.
Commitment to ongoing professional development.
Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation (preferred).
