Quality Assurance Test Engineer

What you'll do

• Own quality assurance and quality control for demo builds across the full product launch lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain Swift-based tooling to support test execution, issue tracking, and QA automation.
• Triage issues found during testing to isolate probable causes and route them to the correct engineering teams.
• Document test steps, triage procedures, and known-issue workflows with clear, repeatable detail.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate root-cause analysis and identify patterns across recurring issues.
• Manage the sourcing of demo content and build source devices with final layouts for launch.
• Provide technical expertise to product teams by flagging risks and proposing fixes ahead of deadlines.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in a quality assurance, quality control, or test engineering role.
• Experience using Python for scripting or test automation.
• Experience triaging and documenting technical issues, including writing clear reproduction steps.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Ability to safely transport, set up, configure, and break down equipment, including lifting items up to 50 pounds.
• Extensive experience with iOS and macOS testing on Apple hardware (preferred).
• Experience using AI/LLM-based tools to assist with root cause analysis or defect triage (preferred).
• Experience with tool development in Swift, with the ability to build internal QA tooling from scratch (preferred).
