QA Engineer, Guidewire

What you'll do

• Design optimized test scenarios and identify specific test environment and data requirements.
• Estimate work efforts and prioritize testing tasks to meet project timelines.
• Coordinate and plan all testing activities to ensure project objectives are met.
• Execute test cases using both manual and automated methods.
• Report test status, defects, and outcomes regularly to project stakeholders.
• Analyze test results to identify areas for continuous process improvement.
• Automate Guidewire workflows using the GT-UI Framework and other automation tools.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitLab.

What we're looking for

• 15+ years of QA automation and software testing experience, including leadership of QA strategy, test planning, execution, defect management, and release governance.
• Strong expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter, including automation of Guidewire workflows using the GT-UI Framework.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools including Playwright, WebDriverIO, Selenium, and Cucumber BDD.
• Experience in API and performance testing using Postman, Karate, and JMeter.
• Proficiency with CI/CD practices and tools, including Jenkins, GitLab, and automated testing integration.
• Experience in designing and executing testing for applications, including creating test cases and identifying test environment and data requirements.
• Exposure to industry products like Oracle Flexcube, Finnacle, Guidewire, Smarter Commerce Suites, or ERP packages such as SAP and Oracle eBiz (preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree.
