What you'll do

Design optimized test scenarios and identify specific test environment and data requirements.
Estimate work efforts and prioritize testing tasks to meet project timelines.
Coordinate and manage all testing activities for Guideware applications and systems.
Execute test cases using both manual and automated methods.
Report test status, defects, and outcomes regularly to project stakeholders.
Analyze test results to identify areas for continuous process improvement.
Automate Guidewire workflows using the GT-UI Framework and other automation tools.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
15+ years of QA automation and software testing experience, including leadership of QA strategy, test planning, execution, defect management, and release governance.
Strong expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter, including automation of Guidewire workflows using the GT-UI Framework.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools including Playwright, WebDriverIO, Selenium, and Cucumber BDD.
Experience in API and performance testing using Postman, Karate, and JMeter.
Proficiency with CI/CD practices and tools, including Jenkins, GitLab, and automated testing integration.
Knowledge of specialized testing methodologies such as model-based, risk-based, or exploratory testing (preferred).
