Software Engineer in Quality Engineering

What you'll do

• Identify customer use cases and test conditions based on requirements and specifications.
• Build system testing harnesses, infrastructure, and test cases to ensure quality is engineered into the product.
• Develop and maintain automation for test cases using Agile development methodology.
• Develop performance testing strategies and coordinate execution with relevant Scrum Teams.
• Report, track, and re-test defects while producing system test reports and end-to-end test plans.
• Analyze post-production customer defects and develop automated test cases for validating fixes.
• Coordinate and lead product releases as the representative for Quality Engineering.
• Implement and adopt relevant workflows using Generative AI tools.

What we're looking for

• MS/BS degree with 7+ years of software Quality Engineering experience.
• Experience in web application testing, including system, performance, functional, and cross-browser testing.
• Strong experience with test automation using Java, TestNG, Selenium framework, WebDriver, and JUnit.
• Experience with RESTful services API testing and automation, including SOAP and REST.
• Experience with MySQL/RDS, Jenkins framework configuration, and AWS infrastructure.
• Exposure to generative AI models (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines v2.0 (preferred).
• Exposure to screen readers and other assistive technologies (preferred).
