What you'll do

Identify customer use cases and test conditions based on requirements and specifications.
Build system testing harnesses, infrastructure, and test cases to ensure quality is engineered into the product early.
Develop and maintain automated test cases for Scrum Teams using Agile methodologies.
Create performance testing strategies and coordinate execution across relevant teams.
Implement and adopt Gen AI tools within existing workflows.
Report, track, and re-test defects while producing comprehensive system test reports.
Analyze post-production customer defects to develop new test cases and automate validation for fixes.
Coordinate and lead product releases as the representative for Quality Engineering.

What we're looking for

Must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Requires 7+ years of experience in software Quality Engineering.
Must have experience in web application testing, including system, performance, functional, and cross-browser testing.
Requires expertise in test automation using Java, TestNG, Selenium framework, WebDriver, and JUnit.
Must have experience with RESTful services API testing for both SOAP and REST.
Requires experience with MySQL/RDS databases and AWS infrastructure.
Must have experience with Jenkins framework configuration and maintenance.
Requires exposure to generative AI models and web accessibility standards.
