PWI Operations Digital & Data Transformation Systems Lead serves as a technical leader within PWI Operations to modernize business-critical tools and drive digital transformation. Manage the full lifecycle of critical tools, including production support, issue resolution, and documentation for SharePoint and Power Platform assets.
Identify and deploy practical AI-enabled solutions and workflows to enhance scalability and decision-making.
Translate complex business requirements into technical designs and coordinate with IT teams to move projects from concept to launch.
Establish governance standards for operational data, including KPI definitions, security protocols, and data quality checks.
Develop specialized planning tools for hardware, consumables, and logistics to support cross-functional team needs.
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and partners on data modeling and automation.
What we're looking for
A four-year or graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
7-10 years of work experience in data analytics, database management, statistical analysis, or a related field.
Expertise in Power BI, Databricks, and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Proficiency in data modeling, data pipelines, DAX, and Power Query.
Experience with SAP/S4, ERP systems, or change management systems like Windchill.
Skills in Python, SQL, or other programming languages (preferred).
Programming language certifications such as SQL or Python (preferred).
Knowledge of Agile methodology and supply chain analytics.
