What you'll do

Lead daily operations for data platforms, pipelines, integrations, and analytics environments.
Monitor platform availability, performance, and pipeline health against established SLAs.
Coordinate production support across cloud, data engineering, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams.
Manage incident response, root-cause analysis, and the maintenance of system runbooks.
Oversee ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, and data lakes to resolve failures and quality issues.
Partner with engineering teams to operationalize data quality rules, metadata, and lineage.
Promote automation for monitoring, deployments, and incident response using CI/CD and SRE best practices.
Lead and mentor data operations personnel while assigning priorities and ensuring objectives are met.

What we're looking for

Must have 10+ years of experience in IT Management including technology solutions delivery and data governance strategy.
Must possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Must possess a Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).
Must have ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience with IT service management practices.
Must have expertise in overseeing teams for big data cloud solution architecture, cybersecurity, data management, and business intelligence.
Must have experience operating or supporting master data management (MDM) platforms or enterprise data governance tooling.
Must have experience supporting large-scale data platform migrations or modernization programs.
Must have familiarity with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to streamline monitoring and operational tasks.
