Project Manager, G&A Solutions Engineering PMO

What you'll do

• Develop and implement standardized procedures and templates for G&A Solutions Engineering projects.
• Manage project costs, budget reviews, and capital and operational expense tracking.
• Execute administrative tasks for multiple simple and complex projects simultaneously.
• Provide comprehensive project management tools and services.
• Track project delivery, issues, and risks while following up with Apple stakeholders.
• Create dashboards for budget tracking and portfolio metrics for regular reviews.
• Ensure strict adherence to established protocols, tools, and compliance processes.

What we're looking for

• Familiarity with project management, project life cycle, planning, execution, and management processes.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with capital planning, utilization tracking, and reviews (preferred).
• Familiarity with creating dashboards for budget tracking and portfolio metrics (preferred).
• Structured approach to stakeholder engagement and planning communications (preferred).
• Conceptual grasp of cloud platforms, databases, APIs, and application basics (preferred).
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum development (preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, writing, and analytical skills (preferred).
