What you'll do

  • Own large, complex initiatives from concept to launch with a focus on execution.
  • Define and execute strategies that align cross-functional engineering, product, and business teams.
  • Resolve conflicts and navigate multifaceted environments to ensure project alignment.
  • Manage resources, monitor timelines, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Establish governance models, decision-making frameworks, and program health metrics.
  • Manage program budgets and forecast resource needs across multi-team initiatives.
  • Communicate technical trade-offs and project status clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in engineering project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, or at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with software development life cycle methodologies and Agile methodology.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-year, multi-team programs involving both customer and technical focus.
  • Experience managing cross-organizational dependencies across engineering, product, and business teams.
  • Proficiency in establishing governance models, decision-making frameworks, and program health metrics.
  • Strong understanding of engineering workflows, architectural trade-offs, and scalable enterprise systems.
  • PMP or Scrum Master certification is preferred.
