Project Analyst

What you'll do

• Manage a large docket of open source, dataset, and AI model review requests in collaboration with attorneys.
• Conduct intake to gather necessary information and monitor request progress through the lifecycle using Jira.
• Lead periodic docket meetings with legal teams and clients to address pending requests.
• Serve as the primary lead for department operational tools including Jira, SharePoint, Moodle, and QlikView/Tableau.
• Drive cross-functional projects by gathering requirements, defining processes, and designing solutions for business needs.
• Develop supporting procedures, documentation, and training materials for compliance and product teams.
• Identify and implement improvements to optimize business processes and internal tools.

What we're looking for

• Associate's degree or a High School Diploma with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in a team-based business environment.
• Experience in legal, engineering, or project management functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Ability to optimize business processes and author effective procedures.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced knowledge of open source compliance practices (preferred).
• Paralegal certificate, PMP certification, or tech program management experience (preferred).
