Senior Analyst, Project Management, Building Controls

What you'll do

• Analyze complex data from building control systems to identify energy savings and create performance metrics.
• Develop and implement control strategies for building automation systems to support demand response programs.
• Manage and oversee energy efficiency projects while ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
• Research trends and recommend design or maintenance improvements in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
• Create automated routines and documentation to improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
• Provide technical guidance and respond to operational inquiries from store management and technical teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and meet business priorities.

What we're looking for

• Must have an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Alternatively, must have a 2-year certification in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Refrigeration.
• Alternatively, must hold a Building Controls Tech Level IV Certification.
• Alternatively, must have 2 years of experience in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration.
• Must possess proven experience analyzing complex energy and operational data to identify performance improvements.
• Must be proficient with Building Management Systems and automation controls to optimize equipment efficiency.
• Must have the ability to manage energy savings projects while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Must be skilled in developing maintenance strategies, preventative programs, and continuous commissioning for building systems.
