What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, operations, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Practical expertise in materials or supply chain planning with knowledge of manufacturing and service functions.
Ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems using data from multiple sources and structured root cause methods.
Experience leading cross-functional work without formal authority.
Experience in materials planning, supply chain planning, demand planning, manufacturing operations, product lifecycle management, engineering, or program management (preferred).
Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or other complex manufacturing environments (preferred).
Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools including ERP/MRP platforms like SAP or Oracle, Kinaxis, Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel (preferred).
Exposure to demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, or lifecycle transitions (preferred).
