What you'll do

Develop and implement comprehensive compliance workstream strategies aligned with business goals.
Own prioritization, resourcing, and development of GSC's strategy for assigned compliance domains.
Plan roadmap and mechanism structure to ensure global scalability and efficiency.
Serve as subject matter expert and central point of contact for internal and cross-functional stakeholders.
Monitor performance and evolution of workstreams, reporting status internally and externally.

What we're looking for

At least 3 years of program or project management experience.
Advanced knowledge and skills in Excel and SQL for data analysis.
Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using metrics.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including multiple levels within the organization.
