What you'll do

Develop and implement comprehensive compliance workstream strategies aligned with global service expansion goals.
Define workstream scope, establish measurable KPIs, and create mechanisms to monitor performance and efficiency.
Monitor the regulatory landscape and business strategy to proactively plan for and implement necessary changes.
Design roadmap structures and automation frameworks to ensure compliance programs scale globally.
Serve as the primary subject matter expert and point of contact for internal and cross-functional stakeholders.
Identify, define, and iterate on technical and business solutions for assigned compliance domains.
Create and deliver tailored status reports regarding risks and successes to various leadership levels.
Manage administrative functions including calendar management, knowledge artifact maintenance, and personnel onboarding.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
3+ years of program or project management experience.
3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership (preferred).
3+ years of experience specifically in driving process improvements (preferred).
