What you'll do

Lead and manage large-scale technical programs for the Horizon platform within OCI.
Own an integrated roadmap and single plan of record aligning objectives, milestones, and dependencies.
Develop work breakdown structures and work-backwards schedules for product launches and customer commitments.
Coordinate cross-functional dependencies with data providers, security, architecture, and SRE teams.
Maintain visibility into program risks and issues by assigning owners and driving mitigation plans.
Lead operational readiness and launch preparation by coordinating reviews, testing, and required artifacts.
Provide senior leadership with concise updates on delivery status, risks, and required decisions.
Establish scalable frameworks and use dashboards to monitor progress and improve execution.
