The Program Manager 2 - ESPAStar Product Line joins the Space Superiority Division to serve as the focal point for planning and executing NCTA investments across the portfolio. The successful candidate will transition advanced technologies into solutions ready for customer funded research or direct implementation on contracts. Required skills include experience in spacecraft design, integration and test, payload design, or space mission operations. The role requires proficiency in project performance management tools, metrics dashboards, EVMS concepts, and agile or incremental development approaches.

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline with 8 years of experience supporting U.S. Government contracts.
Master’s Degree with 6 years of experience supporting U.S. Government contracts.
5+ years of relevant experience in engineering, project management, or program management supporting complex aerospace or space systems.
Experience managing technical projects or investment portfolios, including planning, budgeting, and tracking execution against cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
Solid technical background in spacecraft/space system architectures, payloads, and subsystem-level trade studies.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and applying project performance management tools like EVMS concepts or metrics dashboards.
Experience with agile or incremental development approaches in a hardware or mixed hardware/software environment (preferred).
