What you'll do

  • Plan and execute NCTA investments across the ESPAStar product portfolio.
  • Provide program management leadership for key technology maturation and demonstration efforts.

  • Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, business management, and supply chain.
  • Apply project performance management tools like EVMS and metrics dashboards to monitor project health.
  • Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and affordability.

What we're looking for

  • Must possess an active/current Top-Secret/SCI clearance at time of application.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field with 8 years of experience supporting U.S. Government contracts.
  • Master's degree with 6 years of experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and customers.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering, project management, or program management supporting complex aerospace or space systems.
  • Experience managing technical projects or investment portfolios including planning, budgeting, and tracking execution against cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in both classified and unclassified environments.
  • Experience with agile/incremental development (preferred); experience identifying process improvements or affordability initiatives (preferred).
