What you'll do

Lead hardware engineering execution for the Sentinel Command Systems Launch Execution Subsystem portfolio.
Direct the implementation of integrated hardware engineering processes across all national and subcontractor locations.
Manage earned value metrics, product quality, and auditing functions for subsystem design and development.
Oversee the technical integration of custom hardware and supplier solutions into the weapon system.
Perform proactive risk and opportunity management throughout the full product lifecycle.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and resource coordination for engineering staff across various efforts.
Maintain clear communication with customers regarding technical and programmatic topics of interest.
Support business development and capture activities as required by the organization.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 years of progressive engineering experience, or Master’s and 8 years of experience.
At least 3 years of experience managing people.
At least 3 years of experience designing and developing hardware.
At least 3 years of experience with EVMS on hardware development programs.
Active DoD Secret clearance with an investigation completed within the last 5 years.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
ICBM or complex aerospace systems experience (preferred); Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience (preferred).
