What you'll do

Drive hardware engineering execution for the Sentinel Command Systems Launch Execution Subsystem.
Direct the implementation of integrated hardware engineering processes across all national and subcontractor locations.
Manage all aspects of development for mission systems, subsystem hardware design, and nuclear surety.
Provide proactive management of earned value metrics associated with subsystem design and integration.
Ensure hardware design compliance, product quality, and on-time delivery of all engineering requirements.
Perform proactive risk and opportunity management across the full product lifecycle.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and resource coordination for all levels of engineering staff.
Maintain clear lines of communication with the customer regarding technical and programmatic topics.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 years of progressive engineering experience, or Master’s and 8 years of experience.
Experience managing people.
3+ years of experience designing and developing hardware.
3+ years of experience with EVMS on hardware development programs.
Active DoD Secret clearance with an investigation completed within the last 5 years.
U.S. Citizenship is required for positions requiring a government clearance.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
ICBM or complex aerospace systems experience (preferred).
