What you'll do

  • Lead cross-functional teams through the full delivery engagement lifecycle to meet contractual and financial obligations.
  • Identify, shape, and qualify new business opportunities to drive portfolio growth and market strategy.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks while maintaining high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Oversee solutioning, staffing, and price-to-win strategies during the capture and proposal processes.
  • Integrate company-wide technical capabilities like AI, cloud, and cybersecurity into cohesive client solutions.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and career development to junior staff and delivery managers.
  • Tailor technical briefings and demonstrations to influence decision-making for senior federal customers.

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of experience in delivery roles supporting HHS or federal health agencies.
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams and mentoring staff.
  • 4+ years of experience leading segments or orchestrating full capture activities like teaming, positioning, pricing, or staffing.
  • Experience managing all elements of delivery, capture, and proposal lifecycles for federal customers.
  • Experience with emerging technologies like high-performance computing, FAIR data practices, cloud-native scientific tools, and AI/ML enablement.
  • Knowledge of HHS federated organizational structure, mission offices, acquisition pathways, and industry partner ecosystem.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on HHS requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred: technical field such as computer science, engineering, life sciences, public health, bioinformatics, or business).
