As the Lead Principal Program Manager, Strategic Program Delivery, you will join the OCI team to provide structure and disciplined execution for complex initiatives within the AI data center portfolio. You will manage strategic program delivery across business, operations, and community-facing workstreams by translating organizational priorities into clear implementation plans, ownership models, and milestones. Your daily responsibilities include managing technical dependencies, tracking spend, identifying risks, and developing reporting mechanisms to provide leadership visibility. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in infrastructure, security, and engineering to resolve execution challenges and develop repeatable delivery playbooks. The role requires strong technical program management, organizational skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while coordinating high-priority programs. This position specifically addresses the operational complexities of scaling large-scale AI data center expansion projects through rigorous project governance and coordination.
Manage technically complex programs from initiation through implementation while establishing structure, milestones, and accountability.
Translate technical and business priorities into clear execution roadmaps and delivery plans.
Identify and manage dependencies, blockers, risks, and escalation paths across interconnected workstreams.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders in security, infrastructure, and operations to align priorities.
Develop reporting mechanisms to provide leadership visibility into program status, risks, and timelines.
Create tools, playbooks, and repeatable practices to improve execution for technical and operational programs.
Track project commitments and spend to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
What we're looking for
Must have 10+ years of experience.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience leading technically complex programs from planning through execution (preferred).
Strong technical program management, organizational, and problem-solving skills (preferred).
