What you'll do

Lead and execute large, complex Department of Defense programs valued between $200M and $600M.
Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance across multiple fixed and cost-plus contract types.
Develop integrated master schedules and oversee Earned Value Management (EVMS) for accurate reporting and forecasting.
Identify and manage program risks and opportunities through structured mitigation and planning.
Serve as the primary customer interface to conduct formal reviews, negotiate changes, and deliver executive briefings.
Direct matrixed cross-functional teams and subcontractors to ensure resources are aligned with program objectives.
Lead major competitive and sole source capture efforts by developing strategies and coordinating proposal teams.
Deliver clear written and verbal communications regarding performance, risks, and strategic considerations to senior leadership.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience; OR Graduate degree and 7 years of experience; OR 13+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
Experience leading large-scale DoD programs with full cost, schedule, and technical accountability.
Proficiency in financial management including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and Earned Value Management (EVMS).
Familiarity with DoD contracting, FAR/DFARS, and defense acquisition lifecycle processes.
Experience developing RFPs, proposals, program plans, specifications, or acquisition documents.
Active US Secret or Top Secret security clearance (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
