What you'll do

Assemble and repair complex, high-precision electro-optical systems.

Perform hands-on fabrication, mechanical assembly, and wiring tasks.

Utilize computer systems to manage process transactions and quality management workflows.

Maintain compliance with ESD processes and quality management standards like AS9100.

What we're looking for

5+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
Familiarity with torque and mechanical tools including gages and indicators.
Demonstrated hands-on fabrication, mechanical assembly, and wiring skills.
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and fill out travelers or visual aids.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Ability to carry 50 pounds for short periods of time.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Experience with AS9100, 5S practices, microscopes, ESD processes, or imaging/optics (preferred).
