What you'll do

Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on JSOP requirements.
Convert high-level JSOP schedules into executable line-level schedules and release work orders to the floor.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding component shortages, production status, and material availability.
Maintain planning parameters such as lead times, lot sizes, and safety stock within ERP/MRP systems.
Track and report work order progress, raw material inventory, and open purchase orders.
Identify and escalate capacity constraints and material risks to protect committed delivery dates.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing planning, production scheduling, or work order management.
Experience in defense or aerospace production environments is preferred.
Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems with a focus on work order management and material requirements planning.
Ability to manage production schedules in capacity-constrained environments and recover schedules during changes.
Familiarity with JSOP or an equivalent sales and operations planning (S&OP) process.
Experience scheduling in low-volume/high-volume mix operations and supporting development-to-production transitions.
Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
