What you'll do

Provide tactical scheduling and strategic long-range planning for production teams.
Create an integrated master schedule by coordinating inputs from business and planning departments.
Ensure MRP systems accurately reflect current production requirements and data.
Manage work schedules in Foundry to ensure accurate resource allocation and prioritization.
Track progress, perform critical path analysis, and report variance to leadership.
Coordinate internal resources like engineering, testing, and supply chain to meet program deliverables.
Identify root causes for build issues and develop permanent resolutions.
Develop metrics and tools to improve production yield, quality, and organizational efficiency.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree or 3 years of manufacturing scheduling experience.
Must be a U.S. Person due to export control requirements.
Preferred: 2 years of experience with MS Project or similar scheduling software.
Preferred: 4 years of practical experience with ERP/MRP systems in a production environment.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen is preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
Must be able to lift 25 lbs unassisted.
Must be available for all shifts, extended hours, and weekends as needed.
