  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities for cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related field
