Product Owner

What you'll do

• Prioritize the product backlog in alignment with Product and Delivery leadership.
• Define product functionality and write detailed user stories and epics with end-user empathy.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable work for engineering teams.
• Manage sprint cycles including planning, review, and acceptance of completed work.
• Apply Agile methodologies to ensure disciplined software development and frequent inspection.
• Communicate the product vision and user stories clearly to both internal teams and clients.
• Define acceptance criteria and validate that shipped features meet quality standards.
• Drive roadmap execution and track progress against Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

What we're looking for

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of related experience.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Experience using AI tools in professional work is required.
• Technical background with backend integrations, APIs, and scalable solutions.
• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodology and process management.
• Proficiency with the Atlassian Suite, including Jira and Confluence.
• Working knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) for product, design, and engineering.
