The Product Owner joins the Fraud Intelligence team to help customers proactively manage business risks within the evolving fraud landscape. The position requires a technical background in backend integrations, APIs, and scalable solutions, alongside experience using AI tools and knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines to ensure inclusive user experiences.

What you'll do

Prioritize the product backlog in alignment with Product and Delivery leadership.
Define product functionality and write detailed user stories and epics with end-user empathy.
Lead sprint planning, reviews, and the acceptance of completed work.
Communicate business requirements and product vision clearly to engineering teams and clients.
Apply Agile methods to ensure disciplined software development and frequent inspection.
Define product acceptance criteria and ensure high-quality delivery of shipped features.
Drive the execution of the product roadmap and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
Must have 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
Must have 2–5 years of related experience.
Must have experience using AI tools in your work.
Must have a technical background with backend integrations, APIs, and scalable solutions.
Must have experience with Agile Scrum methodology and process management.
Must be proficient with the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence).
Must have familiarity with the financial industry and fraud prevention products (preferred).
