What you'll do

Oversee a portfolio of technology products from initial ideation through to operational production.
Secure cross-functional alignment on project scope, benefits, costs, and delivery timelines.
Develop and influence capability roadmaps and investment strategies based on business needs.
Lead project intake, epic grooming, estimation, and the definition of UAT and testing strategies.
Supervise a matrix team of analysts, engineers, and project managers to deliver technology products.
Serve as the single point of contact for all business relationship management activities within the portfolio.
Identify re-use opportunities and propose viable pilot or MVP solutions.
Manage an IT investment budget ranging from $25K to $1M.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's Degree with 8 years’ experience, a Master's Degree with 7 years’ experience, or a PhD with 3 years’ experience.
Must have experience developing and/or managing the development of technology applications regardless of the tech stack.
Must have a thorough understanding of and hands-on experience with SLC phases, including Build and Run aspects of a Technology Product.
Must have demonstrable working knowledge of Agile methodology, processes, and ceremonies.
Must have 1-2 years of experience managing or coaching cross-functional employees or contract resources.
Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with business leaders to demystify complex concepts.
Must have the ability to self-manage time and priorities.
Experience in life sciences, financial planning, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, or Smartsheet is preferred.
