Product Owner Common Services

What you'll do

• Manage project planning and execution to ensure completion on time, within budget, and error-free.
• Create and maintain the Product Backlog based on business value for the life of the project.
• Communicate product priorities and vision clearly to the Scrum Team and Technical Product Management team.
• Act as the primary decision-maker regarding specific features and the overall vision of the product.
• Develop and manage project schedules using professional tools, tracking charts, and reporting software.
• Lead change management processes by identifying, evaluating, and documenting changes in production environments.
• Identify root causes of problems and implement timely resolutions to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize Azure DevOps to manage tasks, track progress, and coordinate team activities.

What we're looking for

• Must be based in Dallas, TX.
• Extensive experience using Azure DevOps is required.
• Strong Product Ownership experience is required.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is desired.
• Knowledge of Confluence is desired.
• Knowledge of Power BI is desired.
• Proficiency in decision making, critical thinking, and organizational leadership is required.
