Product Owner, Architecture

What you'll do

• Create and manage the Product Backlog based on business value for the life of the project.
• Communicate product vision and prioritize features to ensure the scrum team meets sprint objectives.
• Manage project planning, execution, and reporting using professional project management tools and techniques.
• Act as the primary decision-maker regarding product features and technical requirements.
• Oversee projects from the concept stage through prototype, pilot, implementation, and follow-up stages.
• Track project progress using charts, checklists, and scheduling software to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage change control processes to identify, evaluate, and document modifications in the production environment.
• Identify root causes of problems and manage error control to ensure successful resolution.

What we're looking for

• Must have 5+ years of direct product ownership experience working with software engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Extensive experience using Azure DevOps is required.
• Knowledge of decision-making processes and tools to analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
• Ability to manage project management schedules, reporting, tracking charts, and project scheduling software.
• Knowledge of change control procedures for identifying, evaluating, and documenting changes in production environments.
• Knowledge of problem management processes to identify root causes and resolve issues accurately.
• PMP certification (preferred).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) (desired); knowledge of Confluence (desired); knowledge of Power BI (desired).
