Product Manager, Threat Detection and Analysis

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for threat detection and analysis across three operational security programs.
• Serve as the primary liaison between global security and technology partners to align priorities and manage dependencies.
• Define product objectives, key performance indicators, and success measures for operational effectiveness and user adoption.
• Translate operational needs into technical initiatives, epics, and user stories for engineering teams.
• Establish and manage a consistent operating cadence including sprint reviews, risk management, and decision documentation.
• Coordinate with data, analytics, and platform teams to deliver capabilities through clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Manage delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams regarding scope, timeline, quality, and cost.
• Lead change management and adoption planning for new capabilities, including training and documentation.

What we're looking for

• Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, product delivery, program management, or related roles with roadmap ownership.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery across multiple teams including planning, sequencing, dependency management, and executive reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to prepare executive-ready materials and synthesize complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Experience operating in a controlled or regulated environment with sensitivity to legal, privacy, and risk considerations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and drive outcomes across multiple programs without relying on formal authority.
• Prior experience within a global security or comparable enterprise security organization (preferred).
• Familiarity with threat detection platforms, analytics concepts, or relevant fields like cybersecurity and data analysis (preferred).
