What you'll do

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for authentication, authorization, and identity verification across digital channels.
  • Balance security requirements with user experience, delivery timelines, and business value when making product decisions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to guide enhancements addressing evolving threats, controls, and compliance needs.
  • Translate client and stakeholder feedback into prioritized product outcomes and technical requirements.
  • Develop go-to-market materials including white papers, implementation guides, and compliance checklists.
  • Analyze market trends, threat intelligence, and performance metrics to inform strategy and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in product management within cybersecurity, identity and access management, fraud, authentication, or related security domains.
  • 4+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams to translate business, technical, and client requirements into product roadmaps and features.
  • Experience with identity and access management concepts including MFA, OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, or similar protocols.
  • Ability to analyze product usage, risk indicators, and performance metrics to support prioritization and risk mitigation.
  • Ability to create clear product documentation and communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Must possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
  • Experience with financial technology, regulatory frameworks like GDPR/CCPA/PSD2, Agile environments, or client-facing security reviews (preferred).
