Product Manager, Security Operations & Intelligence Products

What you'll do

• Develop a product strategy and vision for an integrated Global Security experience across five key security teams.
• Manage discovery efforts and market research to identify unmet operator needs and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog by authoring epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira/Confluence.
• Conduct deep analyses of end-to-end operator journeys through stakeholder interviews, shadowing sessions, and usability research.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops with UX, Engineering, and Security Operations to align on user-journey and interaction designs.
• Lead Agile delivery by running sprint planning, coordinating QA/UAT, and managing release deployments.
• Embed data governance, security controls, and compliance requirements into every feature for enterprise-grade security use cases.
• Define and report on key success metrics including user adoption, task efficiency, and incident response times.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Hands-on experience delivering user-facing experience products in enterprise security, operations, or incident-management domains.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, user-centered design, and data analytics.
• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and tools including Jira and Confluence for backlog prioritization and release planning.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles, journey mapping, and workflow design with knowledge of APIs and event-driven services.
• Excellent analytical skills to translate operator research and complex datasets into actionable experience enhancements.
• Exceptional communication and executive-presence skills to drive consensus in highly matrixed environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Business, or a related field (preferred); advanced degree preferred.
