What we're looking for
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, user-centered design, and data analytics.
Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
Experience delivering user-facing products in enterprise security, operations, or incident-management domains for professional operator personas.
Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence for backlog prioritization, story definition, and release planning.
Understanding of UX principles, journey mapping, and technical components like APIs and event-driven services (e.g., Kafka, REST/GraphQL).
Strong communication, influencing, and executive presence to drive consensus in matrixed environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred (preferred).
Experience building products for SOCs, Executive Protection, Intelligence, Aviation, or Workforce Screening (preferred).
Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR platforms, command-and-control systems, or intelligence production workflows (preferred).
Experience partnering with AI/ML teams to embed predictive models and automated workflows into user experiences (preferred).
Experience using process-mining, task-mining, and journey-analytics tools to optimize workflows (preferred).
Familiarity with data-sharing frameworks and governance for sensitive security data (preferred).
