Product Manager Intern

What you'll do

• Develop, manage, and evolve lifecycle service offerings across hardware, software, and hybrid environments.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify client needs and growth opportunities.
• Define service scope, pricing models, and value propositions with engineering and delivery teams.
• Create offering documentation, value narratives, and internal enablement materials.
• Track performance metrics to assess offering adoption, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Execute contractual deliverables for clients while ensuring they meet quality and financial standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in delivery models, automation, and client experience.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, global teams.
• Ability to be a self-starter and work independently toward business targets.
• Familiarity with cloud, AI, or infrastructure technologies (preferred).
• Experience with product lifecycle management, project management, agile development, service design, financial modeling, or pricing strategy (preferred).
