What you'll do

Develop, manage, and evolve lifecycle service offerings across hardware, software, and hybrid environments.

Create offering documentation, value narratives, and internal enablement materials.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in delivery models, automation, and client experience.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, global teams.
Ability to drive toward business targets as a self-starter who can work independently.
