Entry Level Product Manager

What you'll do

• Document and maintain the product roadmap for agentic AI capabilities while tracking progress and risks.
• Research market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging AI architectures to inform product direction.
• Develop product positioning and use case documentation for autonomous agents and AI-driven workflows.
• Write and refine product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for platform integrations.
• Track delivery milestones and flag blockers across engineering workstreams.
• Support customer discovery by coordinating logistics and synthesizing findings from stakeholder interviews.
• Prepare launch materials, field enablement content, and executive briefing decks.
• Track and report KPIs related to product adoption and customer value across portfolios.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Experience in product management, product operations, or related fields including internships and co-ops.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to synthesize complex information clearly.
• Genuine curiosity regarding AI/ML, large language models (LLMs), and cloud platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to support decision-making.
• Exposure to agile product development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, or tools like Jira and Confluence.
